This service is for you if you want to handle the entire planning process yourself, but the thought of worrying about whether the linens arrived wrinkled, or the DJ is on time is not how you want to spend your event day. With “Month-Of” you get to enjoy being the bride while letting someone else worry about the décor coordination details on your day. TIMELINE: 4-6 WEEKS OUT -Complimentary consultation -Unlimited hours of consultation via phone, email, and video chat -2 -zoom consultations to discuss details -Vendor Referrals -Etiquette Advice -Guide and assist with décor ideas -Guide and assist with choosing floral arrangements, linens, and rental items -Assist with setting up the floor plan and design layout based on what works best in the venue Décor Coordination -Act as the “go-to” for any décor related questions -Greet and assist all vendors with their proper setup instructions for the ceremony site as well as the reception site -Assist in setting up all ceremony + reception décor such as linens, table décor, place cards, guest book, gift table, programs, menu cards, dessert table, photographs, etc. -Move any ceremony décor to reception space -Lite all candles and ensure all last-minute touches are completed -Collect personal photographs, other décor items and deliver them to the appropriate person
